Stay Positive

I feel that there is a lot of negative energy spread across us but still if we can be positive in this environment we will really become truly good human beings. When i feel that the life is not just about 9-6 routines and going back and sleeping to again do the same routine next day. So, what is it all about? Let's discuss..............
When i was young i used to do around two thousand different activities and used to be happy on small small things. At that point of time I didn’t even had a bank account that told me every month that i have some money to spend and save. My budgets were limited and so were the choices. Very few of the demands used to be granted but still i was happy. Even today i do not feel sad but at the same time the enthu is just not there.
Why does this happen. As we grow, we all tend to define the boundaries of our safe zone. We also define labels for activities (Remember this labeling was missing in childhood, Just do it attitude).

We tend to think too much, define impossible (I just can't achieve this) and make rigid rules or mindsets. What can be done to make sure that this attitude does not catch up?

When was the last time you did your favorites thing (remember, those long cycling trips or guitar sittings, cricket matches, football games). As i am writing this blog i do not know the answer to this question. I simply seem to be running out of time but how come this is possible when everyone of us does so many things in the same 24 hours.

Believe me i plan to implement this from today and i advice the same for you. Once i will start to do this i am sure that all the negative energy that i soak during the week vanishes.

We also tend to be conventional about our approach towards things (this happens like this only) but if edison/newton/watt/wright brother's had that kind of attitude then i believe we would have been living in an old world. See new things in new light of a positive attitude.

When you see the people around you the first thought that comes to your mind should be Let's talk to this person and let's know this person. When was the last time you cared to stop and chat with someone for 5 minutes. We all love to know each other. If i will help someone today, i will get the same in return.

Work on the principle "Great to see, nice to talk, Let's take a timeout and go for a walk". I believe this will make you feel positive and help you in cultivating constant thoughts of positivity.

We are living for a brief time (Max 80 yrs out of which the golden period is already gone), let us make the best out of the available years.
